... pointed out some hotels that had been used in movies. We saw where Julia Roberts shared a flat with her friend in Pretty Women, the Viper Room where River Phoenix died of a drug overdose, the Beverley Wiltshire hotel that was used in Pretty Women and the building used in Pursuit of Happiness which stared Will Smith.
We got dropped off about 6pm and had a quiet night as we were off to Disneyland ...
... hotter than we ever thought it would be! Driver says she will tell us where to get off, which she did, at a Target store, nowhere near the beach! So we cross the road & wait for the same number bus to get back to the airport & start again! We had noticed that we passed the Hilton & the Hop on Hop off shuttle was supposed to go by there, so we jumped off the bus and walked into what turned out to be the wrong Hilton! OK so we changed our flight to go through Houston because of weather in Newark the day before we left. And Then we arrived at CHS and found that the Houston flight was full and we moved to a flight through Dulles. The United gate agent in Charlleston was really helpful and got us listed on the best flights for stand by We both were in middle seats. Very wonderful for Richard. However since we ...
... we could see where heavy guards gates and houses hidden behind trees. But the tour itself, and seeing where some of the most famous people in the world call home.. Is awesome!! I definatley recommend it.
Also on the tour we cruised down Sunset Strip and seen the infamous Viper Room, owned by Johnny Depp, the place River Pheonix died. Whiskey-a-go-go, and The Beverley Hills Hotel.

... and also it looks funny when you only plug one in. I think the attendant thought he was on the phone. Jocks seat didn't recline, so he was half right about what he thought was the attendant call button. SO he sat upright for 13 hours and 18 minutes, looking and mutter at the tiny screen in the back of the seat in front of him. I'm never doing this flight again he muttered after brightly announcing after movies and drinks and being feed twice we still had another 7 ...
