We had breakfast at The Iron Horse, where we had dinner the night before. Everyone got omelettes which were really nice. I had a pancake with fresh berries. It was the size of a dinner plate, so I had a bit of trouble finishing, but got through it.

None of our kids could make it and Sue and Curt were missing Kate who is on her mission in Utica New York now. I heard the total should have been about 148 so I guess we weren't the only ones that missed their family. The food was awesome - waffles, pancakes, a full turkey dinner with all the fixin's, sloppy joes, and of course the ham dinner ...

Many people have asked if we know this orphanage, the directors or anyone else down there. No, we don't. How did we hear of this orphanage? Google! It's a Christian orphanage run by an American couple. The only contact we've had with them has been through email. I guess we'll see how it is when we are down there but it seems like a very well run, organized facility. ...
