Spent a few hours in a town called Grapevine near the Dallas international airport in Texas during our 8 hour layover. ... things: Charming streets and shops. Architecture always appeals to me.
Best food: Tapas during the flamenco show; French dessert!

What I would do differently: Read up on the historic sites before visiting

... already too heavy, I did buy a sandwich and Fanta at Boots (and red Thai crisps) and some Panadol, which I know is supposed to be identical to Tylenol, but I swear it works better.
