... to recall the events of that day. The cockroach museum lightened things up for us- it was a quick, but memorable stop( wink, wink!). Our drive to Austin was full of exclamations-"Blue Bonnets!! Blue Bonnets on the right!!" The roadside was so colorful. And I'm fortunate enough to have a layover for 10 hours... *again, more sarcasm* 10 hours at DFW? No way! Dallas/Fortworth International is in the middle of nowhere, but I will not be seating around for 10 hours inside an airport. Gotta find something to do. With the Internet at my fingertips, I reserved a rental car as I walk to the Rental Car location. As ...

Making Headway...?

... Springs. That turned out to be plenty of time for two reasons; first, the next gate was reasonably close to our arrival gate, and second, we had to wait for the delayed flight crew for our next flight. Once the flight crew arrived, we boarded without any further ...
