Well we have landed in Dallas. The second part of our leg to New York.

... found the Star Bar and headed straight for the food truck attached called, "Valentina's Tex Mex." It was awesome! I ordered the "Mex" side of the menu, including a brisket taco and a carne asada taco. Zach chose the Tex side and got the brisket sandwich. Watching Monday Night Football and eating delicious food wasn't a bad way to spend the evening!
