Arrived at Outdoor Resort St. Lucie West, Port St. Lucie FL. Home for the next month. A beautiful place, I have never seen so many Prevosts in one place!! ... our way so we headed to Asheville, N.C., hoping to miss the worst of it. After about 2 hours the rain stopped and we had a dry trip the rest of our journey to a campground close to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The campground was uphill on a gravel road for 1 mile but offered great views of the valley with its multitude of fall colors.
