I've not updated this for a couple of days because the computer was not connecting. Having had it looked at the irony was that the most upmarket hotel we have stayed in, The Hyatt in Buffalo, did not have a workable wireless connection. This was just a travelling day as it was a 5 hour flight to Chicago and then a 2 hour flight t...

Ajax, Ontario, Canada starlagurlI arranged my rideshare to Ajax at 4:45 at the Bayshore Shopping Centre "outside the TD Bank". Problem is, there are two entrances for the TD Bank.<br><br>Luckily, I met Neeru, a lady I was getting a ride with while I was waiting at one of the doors. Ajax, Ontario, Canada starlagurlReconnecting with an old friend recently, I was delighted to be invited to her wedding. We were once best friends but drifted apart over time when we moved to different cities. It was such a priveledge to witness the wedding and celebrate with the happy newlyweds and their families afterwards.
Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada lollyWell we're off after weeks of planning, reading all the guide books and searching the internet for information on India and the places we plan to visit. Our Air Canada flight leaves at 6:30 pm so we're at the airport with lots of time to spare. We'll be away 60 days in total - the longest trip we ...
Toronto, Ontario, Canada suspenceTOronto....not as boring as you'd think ;D Well, i this is another one of my lazy destinations. I have to come here cause i fly to London from here and it is a good place to organise my UK entrance. I moved my London flight up to the 30th August (Sunday nite), as i am eager to get to the UK and find a job. They have the tallest spire/tower in toronto, but i didn't go up cause its 20bucks...but i have been up enough tall ones on my trip so ...
Toronto, Ontario, Canada raccoonboiin toronto i met a girl, amy, ironic i know. she's from uw-madison, backpacking around europe starting in paris. her plans were as exciting to me as mine were to her; we had a great convo while we waited for our connections. unfortunately we never got exchanged contact info. don't ask me to remember how long the flight to london was, because by that time i was ...
Toronto, Canada brettski... and familiar stuff altogether ready to pop into a pot of boiling water for 2 (!) hours. There's even a stick of sugar cane in it. I've spent quite a bit of money eating out. A very expensive dinner with Carla and Helen at Live (raw food), often being too tired to make myself lunch, a huge gathering of people for Jonathan's 35th b-day at 668, a really nice Indian pancake (NOT dosa!) with Patrick in Chinatown, etc. Ben got a call from the Canadian Filmmaker's Center. This is very good ...
Toronto, Canada siueThis is a long day of driving. Traffic was brutal on Hwy.401 (thanks for the heads up, 680 News), so we bailed out to Hwy.407 to 410 and went up 410, 10 and 6 to Tobermory. We were tired from the driving, so we booked on the ChiCheemaun ferry and have a reservation at a nice B & B on the island. Nice way to end the day.
