... T. Russell (or Bob as he introduced himself). He was very welcoming and pointed out lots of things to do and see in the town. He even talked about when Billy Connolly came through the town a couple of years ago when he was making his documentary on Route 66 (most of which gave me the inspiration for the places we are visiting on this trip)..........

... he loved the beans, as they had pulled pork or some
type of meat in them for flavor) and I had the Boss with mac and cheese. The Boss is a
brisket sandwich with bacon cheese sauce and onion rings. My mother had the beef
brisket sandwich with mac and cheese. The tables also have 4 types of BBQ sauce to
try. I liked the Mean Mango and the smokey one the best.

After dinner we drove to Ted Drewes for frozen custard. I got a regular Dutchman

So we left Salt Lake City Utah and drove to Mt Rushmore, driving through the whole state of Wyoming. We saw huge windmills that I took pictures of but were really great to see them. There were so many ranches that was amazing to see.
