... sundae. Thank The Lord, we couldn't even get halfway through the Oreo one. Check out the photos, it was the best sundae ever!

After a leisurely breakfast with Linda it was once again back in the car to head South East to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Easy drive of around 5 and a half hours through the desert,

Arrived at Scottsdale at around 1630 hours and we are staying with our friend Sandy Neilson who lives in this fantastic resort style apartment complex. Fantastic to see her again!

Very hot here - around 110 degrees but a dry heat!

Quick drive from Palm Desert to Scottsdale. Clearly we are now in full desert mode as we passed the Arizona State line, the Grand Canyon State. Even though our internal temperature read 138 it didn't feel that hot since its a "dryheat". Dry heat or not we were still sweating. For those hat have been in Scottsdale, you know there aren't that many Campgrounds nearby. Using my handy app, I found a ...

... next winter. Not too big of a crowd but still had fun, dinner and beer! And home again.

April 6th Saturday- Up early and started cleaning house- it needs it and would like it to be nice when we come home. Only have the floors to do tomorrow. We did not go anywhere today-though Phil did do his exercise regime. I worked on the trim for the front door but had to quit after doing the sides- the top strip gets in the way of the screen door and will need to ...
