... Lynn had picked out a new shirt for me while shopping in the afternoon...a red short-sleeved jobby... The DBacks color. Very cool... Made me feel like a loyal fan, if only for one night.
We got back to camp in the dark, but it was much easier, what with less traffic and a bit of practice affect from the other night. A late night it was, which necessitated a late rising this morning.
July 17th- I only slept a few hours and was awake at 2:30 with no hope of going back to sleep, so got up. Colored my hair and showered and by 4 AM I was in the car and at a gas station. That took me a while because I could not find the tab to unlock the gas tank!! Well, it's been a couple of days out here in Scottsdale and it's hot. It's been as hot as 111 but averaging around 109. Either way, it's hot and dry.

Today was so nice even though it was basically road trip most of the day. We left early and travelled about 3 hours till we stopped to shop at Walmart and get some lunch. Then we had introductions on the bus, there is so many interesting people on this bus - makes me feel like I need a cool hobbies to keep up. Home and then needed the new pass number for the gate and had to guess but we got in! He carried my heavy bag into the house for me. Turned on the water and the lights and started though a 2 ft pile of mail. Unpacked the backpack and later the big suitcase and headed to bed.
