... needed to shower and wash all my clothes. It was awful. We picked up the car - another SUV, which was kind of annoying because for once we didn't need a bigger car as we didn't have luggage. We were intending on hiring a small, cheap buzz box, but the clerk strongly advised an SUV with AWD since we aren't experienced driving through these conditions. It cost us about $40 extra to have the bigger car, but then you get conned into extras insurance etc, which all adds up! Anyway, ...

A relaxing way to arrive to the airport, and with Uber giving a $30 credit to first time rides, literally a $20 trip for two to the airport from door to door.

... park, which is a beautiful park, larger than Central Park in New York. When we got to the hotel we had less than an hour to get ready sand go back out. We headed back to Pier 39 for our catamaran cruise around the bay. Before we got on we stopped to look at the sea lions relaxing on the pier. The cruise took us around Alcatraz Island and under the Golden Gate Bridge. We sat at the back of the boat because of ...

... Market. While I took a" lot of pictures they can't begin to capture the sights, sounds and smells you experience when you are there. Kiosks with flowers and produce are everywhere on the sidewalks surrounding the market. Inside are meat, cheese, olive oil, fish and bread purveyors. Coffee vendors are every where with unbelievable lines, With a Starbucks on every corner it's hard to believe anyone has to wait in line for ...
