Today our group got to spend a full day at Universal / Islands of Adventure and boy did they soak in as much as they possibly could. I unfortunately was back under the covers at the hotel as my head cold came out full force. After a 8;30am start, some of the group didn't return until after midnight! Huge amounts of fun was had with highlights being the hogwarts express train which links ...

To get there you have to walk through a replica London street, complete with the 'replica' of King's Cross. We are never at a loss for conversation and we find humor in many of the same things. Having adjudicated high school theatre with Don, we are of the same mind about what is worthy of our time. All in all, the three of us are pretty simpatico. So, when ...

... passion fruit foam. Brook thought the foam was too bitter, but we both liked the brew. After that, we FINALLY took our first ride on the Haunted Mansion. It took us 1 week to get to this! Then we took a ride on the Jungle Cruise...or as it is right now, the Jingle Cruise. It wasn't that different, just a few extra Christmas jokes. Then it was on to Pirates of the Caribbean, then Thunder Mountain. It was here that Brook got her ...
