... the premises and we were able to film inside with the chef. At 4pm I tucked into the finished product of the farm and restaurant in a truly satisfying American burger. The bacon was what my dear mother would refer to as 'a culinary orgasm', and even the ketchup was made in the restaurant. I really felt a sense of satisfaction in promoting these small farms and farmers and given them the recognition they deserve. A good find if I do say to myself.
