... south, so not the cold water off our west coast! Lol. Right... back to the visit!
Well, my GPS leads me right to the end of this ally street.... and ... right to Karen's front door! So good to see her and it's not long before we are chatting about our childhood and getting a tour of the house and the chickens! Lol so good to be around family again. We hang out for a while, the girls have grown so much, but I promise not to let ...

We've had a great few days in San Diego, and to be honest, I enjoyed it better than LA. We were told before we left LA, that San Diego was a slower paced version of LA, and boy were they right! ... photo with him. I think the photos will describe it better!

Afterwards we went to the spectacular Coronado Island Beach, where the famous 'Dell' hotel is situated. The architecture is amazing and the shopping complexes (there were more than one!) and rooms inside were enough to put us off ever staying anywhere else again! On the beach, there was also an incredible sandcastle, literally a fantasy castle out of a fairytale ...

... of a noise complaint, he was really nice about it and just told me if we are coming back late to take some chairs further out into the front so people in the rooms can't hear, he seemed pretty cool about it. The guys left while we were eating breakfast. We spend the day doing our washing, the same nice owner who told me about the noise complaint offered to drive us to a coin laundry and even gave us some ...
