    ... accurately, as it is never quiet. It bustles continuously with traffic sounds, sirens, music and voices having conversations that go all day and all night. It is bigger than life and so very alive. Everyone you see appears to love their lot in life ... even the sanitation workers smile and whistle as they collect the piles of garbage from the sidewalks.
