While the area is slightly depressed, the hotel is extremely clean and safe. The rooms are large and very clean too.

We also picked up a new jack so I would not be caught unprepared again if another tire popped (luckily this didn't happen again on the trip). The rest of our stay here was "meh" and we moved on.

Now it was time to position ourselves for touring San Francisco. We decided to camp in Rohnert Park, which is just north of the city. We spent ...

... and half what we paid yesterday Booked an SUV, called the bell boy and then checked out. Had a debate about Internet charges but won the argument and saved $105. Off in the SUV at 12:30 and headed to the airport for our 16:30 BA 248 flight to London, Heathrow Airport. Checkin was interesting.... Reminded attendant we were One World Qantas Frequent Flyers and he said ok, two bags each, so avoided all excess baggage charges, another saving this time $200, ...

... top, with massive hairpieces to boot, but everything came together in the end for a great finale (that involved Snow White turning into Madonna and marrying Elvis who had not yet left the building).
It was definitely a fun night out, and I'd recommend giving it a look if you're ever in the area. Of course it was getting late when we got back to the hotel, so after a quick spot of watching TV, we called it a night. peace out from San Fransisco xo.
