    ... right. But we did and figured out that it was wrong. So, we stopped and asked at a hotel and they got us on the right track…the park was still 1hr 15 mins away.

    ... I rung the reception of Zara City Apartments but wouldn't work on my phone...then I walked to the reception and it was closed. It was almost 12 and I thought if I don't get in or go to a hostel soon then i'm going to have to sleep on the door step.     ... We ended up at Skofja Loka- an old medieval town. It was interesting to see old style square cobbled pavers from centuries ago being laid. Walking on these however soon loses romantic appeal as they are rough and uneven.

    ... in Croatia before heading up to Budapest. Since we have once again been blessed with perfect weather, we've decided to do a bit of a side trip on the way and visit one of Croatia's national treasures, Plitvice Lakes National Park.
