... the freakin car.

Anyway - due to said freezing rain and incoming snow storm we closed the clinic and went to one of the staff's house for a little while to relax. Love it. My favourite snack people do here is raw veggies with ranch dressing. Cannot get enough of the broccoli and ranch dip!

As the afternoon turned evening the snow falling was truly beautiful. It was so good that I had to go play in it! I put my new boots on - ...

... camping when she was a little girl. Sharon hadn’t been there for about 38 years (so she figured). Norm had a hard time remembering the name so he eventually made one up, which kinda worked...he called it “Go Gramma”. Give a ride to brother of bride & his fiancee to their hotel in Disney World. Compliments for my ability to find my way again, and we are invited to come by early the next day since the brother will be on his own all day & we can get ready ...

Where Did You Sleep Last Night?

A travel blog entry by funkymonk on Aug 05, 2010

... day, but I could still get there easy enough. The smiley, all-caring Greyhound guy explained that I should take the 2:15pm to Yorkdale, then the 4:25pm to Sudbury which would arrive at 9:15pm. After making a phone call, he confirmed that I would then have to wait a few hours until 1:00am for the bus heading west to Winnipeg. I thought that all sounded OK – I could use the journey to Sudbury to take pictures, write this journal and enjoy the scenery, then once on the 1:00am bus ...
