    We had to wait a little later for breakfast today because it was Saturday and the baker comes a little latter.     ... up the hill, there are many ruins and historical locations. Thingstatte is an old Nazi amphitheatre, Michaelskloster is an old monastery dating back to almost 1000 years ago.     ... wine that they got from the wine shop at the BASF headquarters in Ludwigshafen. BASF main headquarters are here and they employ over 5500 people there. The wine shop there is supposedly the largest wine shop in the world. They carry wines from all over the world including California.     ... we spent some time chatting, they made me dinner, and they showed me genealogy charts for my ancestors. My male cousin is very interested in genealogy and he traced our common line back to the 1600s in Soltau, Germany. My cousins are also avid travellers and they showed me a DVD about some of the places that they visited.
