... Highlands. Aviemore is a small winter resort town that reminds me of Whistler (kinda). We stopped at a local pub for some beer and than to Lynn and Paul's place outside of town. Easy Jet was the easy way north to the land of windmills and dikes as Team Canada arrived in Amsterdam to a greeting by Martine and Andre at the airport. What a treat having someone who knows where they're going and speaks the language. We drove back to Breezand (pop. 3000) to see their home and see some sites where they live in north western Holland.
