    ... Its very picturesque but hard to take photos of. The castle is impressive and sits on top of the hill overlooking the town and all its surrounds. Then after leaving the Castle we drove on through some lovely country, forested ares, rolling hills, lakes and farmland. Stopping near Duderstadt for the night. Out to find a meal. Its very quiet in town tonight, unless there is somewhere with a big screen TV where people can watch Germany place France in the World ...

    ... we sat up top for the trip as the views are much better and the photography easier with no roof. Just have to watch out for the overhanging trees. After the tour we walked back to our hotel car park to pick up our car and driving out of the city towards Hannover.     We visited the local museum which used to be the old Palace, it was an amazing building but following the English handouts compared to what you were looking at was a little tricky in some places!We managed to get back to the site prior to the major rain of the day for cover in
