I should be on a plane. Rumpled and tired from making it through the airport at some stupidly early hour, somewhere way high over the Atlantic, watching the movies and eating the food just to kill time, feeling like the plane it crawling back towards California when it's actually tearing through the air.

... like a merry go round. It was cool, and very lucky that we were there at that time of day as we had no idea about the sights, or what we should or shouldn’t be looking for, we just happened to be in the square when about 200 tourists were looking upwards towards the clock!!
We ended up having dinner in an authentic beerhaus with steins of wheat beer and schnitzel and sausages – very German! Munich was a beautiful ...
Palace Shopping in Munich

After the palace, we started to walk back to the city center, hoping to find a nearby subway station. Unfortunately, there are no subway stations anywhere near the palace, so we instead took a tram back. It wasn't nearly as quick as a train but it was a lot faster than walking.
