... random roads in that vicinity. Eventually I found a road across a wetlands with a sign at the end indicating where walking tracks started - and no one was around so I set up camp. If my first campsite in France had a lot of sandflies, this place has an equal number of mosquitoes. In fact there are so many that I'm going to skip cooking dinner tonight - I'll just get eaten alive - and I'll have a nice breakfast in town tomorrow ...

... harbour and yacht club OTPS ( Pöllisaari in the Harbour Guide) we turned our noses southwards and prepared to leave latitude 65°N behind, our first harbour to be on the island of Hailuoto, some distance off the coast from Oulu and on the western side and called Marjaniemi.
