    ... and very dry sparkling cider. By then we decided that our cholesterol overload was enough and we skipped dinner. Today is another warm day on our drive to Quebec City. I suppose my only disappointment is that the town green, in three pines, is really a creation of Louise Penny. The small towns were very lovely and picturesque. But none have a central green. Nevertheless I can see how this area has inspired her. Au Revoir ...

    ... my whole adventure will begin!
    I invite you to enjoy it to the fullest with me as many of you (not to say everybody) asked me if they could come or either to make a place for them in my luggage! I would be so much extra over weight at the airport that i would be broke before even starting my trip lol!!

    ... with their awesome uncle. They spent most of the day on the water. We went back to the house around 4:00 to wait until Opa got there. After he got in we had appetizers and cocktails. Nick challenged him to a game of backgammon and won! It was sad to go only after such a short visit. We're already looking forward to next years ...

    We were all tired and got up after 9:00 this morning. It was a day long beach day. Peter took the kids out on the power boat all day long, only coming back in to get lunch.     Horror of horrors when we found out that none of the museums we were planning to visit in Derry were open on Sunday... and the only other available day was Saturday, on which we planned to tour the North Coast of Antrim, something we just couldn't miss.

    Luckily, nice man Martin McCrossan, from Derry Citytours, was able to arrange to have us brought to the Causeway directly from our hotel, on a private taxi tour, at the time of our convenience ...
