Like I mentioned in my previous blog, waking up at 5am appears to be the way
my body is adjusting to jetlag. Not quite sure why; yesterday that meant going
full day on about 4 hours of sleep. Today I woke up at 5 again, although this
time I went to sleep earlier, and took a sleeping pill, which helped me get all
the way up to 6 hours. Shall be interesting.
