... is closed to traffic. It was windy on our way across and you could feel the bus swaying, but we made it!!

We checked into our room around 1 pm and was surprized by the size of the room ~~ very large and clean ~~ and with 2 twin beds !! We decided to take in some sites of Malmo City and walked for 2.5 hours ~ it is absolutely beautiful !! There are IIHF signs/flags/posters everywhere! ... Catalonians, feel that learning English is incredibly important given that professional and academic material is rarely available in their language. The children begin learning English at age five and everyone we encountered spoke nearly perfect English. It was astounding.)
