... Although we didn't get there on land, we could also see the outskirts of Christiana. This is a neighborhood that was declared autonomous by a group of anarchists back in 1971. They created their own social institutions, established their own laws, and flew their own flag. First morning I'm Europe! Today we actually went to bed twice. Once at 1 am and again at 4 am. We couldn't sleep due to jet lag. We finally woke up at 10 am, got some coffee and breakfast at the local coffee shop before we planned our day. Peter Matt, and Tony are spending the day with us before they leave on a 15 hour train ride to Amsterdam. Kim and I are glad to have the guys with us for a day to roam the city because they are all rad and full of adventure.
