A lovely town, feeling rather familiar, possibly because it feels Scandinavian or a bit German. We have, again, a wonderful host (accepting us, although we were two days early and she was, and is, renovating the house), we have lots of time to explore the town, visit a museum and a festival and do nothing. Other than the compulsary beer drinking, there were bands playing live in the streets, organised snowball fight arenas and an obstacle race including a flying fox into the river (in toasty air temperatures of 6 degrees), crawling through mud, canoeing downriver, and a hot tub. I think spectating was possibly more fun than competing.
