... they took us about an hours drive north of here to "The Tree Hotel" - google it on the internet. We went on a guided tour to see the tree houses where people stay. This was one of the highlights of our trip. The owner and his wife opened a restaurant, while fly fishing in Russia with some friends he came up with the idea of having tree houses to rent as hotel rooms. They are not normal ...

Thank you, friends, for reaching out to me. Thank you for giving me ample opportunities for spontaneity. Once the tour was over, our group headed back to the Kulturens Hus for a free lunch. Yes free! Naturally, this caught everyone's attention since everything in Luleň is quite expensive. In America, free food is usually of poor quality, which is another thing that I love about Luleň. ...

... I need to go (and the tires are thick for when the snow comes!). Once I had my bike, the problem that I now faced was getting back to my flat. I'm so turned around in Luleň. Everything is very spread out and I'm never certain which direction is north so maps are not the most helpful.

It's a weirdly calm feeling to be lost in a foreign country by yourself. There have been many moments where I feel I should be scared or stressing out, but I've never reached ...
