As promised, the GSE team did indeed hit the ground running today. Our first stop was Wapnö Estate, the site of Wapnö Castle and currently a large agricultural company known for its dairy production. The original castle was destroyed by fire in 1733, but a new one was built on the same site, making use of the medieval moat.
