There is something amazingly special about pouring ice cold water over yourself after spending time in a room so hot you find it hard to breathe. Kids love to play and so it didn't take long for us to find out that there is a "big kids" playground not far from Tartu. About a 45 minute bus ride away, there is a high ropes course. ... mass production or really anything other than boiling pasta but between the (secret) toaster oven and the two small electric burners we were able to cook to medium-large pots of chili and a nice pan of cornbread. Oh and it turned out great! It was (somehow) the best cornbread I've ever had. Guess it was the extremely complicated recipe I got from the first Google search for "easy cornbread recipe." haha
