... for dinner. We picked a restaurant called Ginger outside of the resort. We took a short 10 minute ride to Ginger which is a nice upscale restaurant in the town of Hermosa. The restaurant was an Asian tapas style restaurant and the food was fantastic. At dinner we met a couple and their son from Evanston, Illinois. Apparently we will be on the same flight home together this Sa***************ed back to the resort after dinner and had a night cap at the bar ...
