... mountains. Mandy found a transfer service that allows you to white water raft part of the way and we gave it a go. Heading down the mighty Rio Pacuare was simply stunning. A deep gorge in the rainforest with some decent class IV rapids. There was one tense moment where the boat almost flipped, but we arrived downstream safe and soaked. The rest of the bus ride was silent after paddling for 30k's however.
