... a bicycle for the day which included a helmet and lock. We rode beside the Riviere-du-Nord, saw a waterfall, rode over a bridge, and rode Rails to Trails. We saw a lot of mothers pushing jogging strollers, walkers, other bikers, and other really serious bikers. They sped by us so fast.
We ate lunch at a picnic table in the park and continued riding all day. We estimate we rode 16 miles.
