... town. Next we visited the Faberge museum and this was fantastic. We had a girl from Russia explain the collection. It all belongs to a wealthy Russian (VERY wealthy) And he houses it in Baden Baden because it is more secure there. I cannot imagine what it all would be worth. Unfortunately we could not take any photos. Had another hour or two in the thermal spa then relaxed dinner at an Italian restaurant. Love ...

The "Sheep" crack is cheap. But how often do you get to put Baaaaaaa in a destination slot?

Anyway - it was a "use the car" day again as it is all paid for. So, we hit the bricks in search of Baden-Baden or Bath - Bath, a reference to the bathing spas there. I will get James and Joan to send me a synopsis of the event as they partook of the spas while Shelly and I strolled the cobblestones of downtown Baden-Baden.

... certainly been good all the way. Just as we approached the border with Germany, a ferry presented itself and we decided to hop on board, thinking we might avoid some of the industry ahead. The Rhine ferries that go from one side to the other are small car ferries, about the size of the Brentwood Bay - Mill Bay ferry. The fare was about 6E for us and the bikes.
