... So we ended up way off the proper bike path, only getting back to it after another long deviation in completely the wrong direction. There were quite a few hills, so we were pretty tired by the time we reached our campsite at Bruchsal, on the way to Heidleburg.. Did not take any photos due to getting lost, etc. No wifi at Bad Liebenzell, so sent the last entries from McDonalds who always have free ...

We got to sleep in this morning. We decided to have breakfast at 9.00 am. This was a little different as breakfast was served to us at the table. Our apartment has outdoor metal blinds which we were told to close at night. They make the apartment so dark inside that Peter thought he had woken during the night when he heard a loud bang. But no, it was after 9 am and I was still asleep! It is so good not having to get up early. We have no internet at the apartment so no need to stay in bed catching up with what is happening in Australia and New Zealand and elsewhere via the I-pad. After a leisurely ...

... so French-y, and I liked looking at the pastries in particular. There's this part of the city that's called Petite-France, originally slaughter houses & tanning-houses. Hence the roofs were really big so as to increase the surface area to dry the skins. Walked around for a bit then had lunch by the canals which was pretty ...
