We made it to SWITZERLAND - the land of mountains, cheese, and chocolate where they speak German, Italian, and French.

St. Gallen, Switzerland

We are staying in St. Gallen, which is about a 1 hour train ride west of Zurich in the German speaking part of the country and is a very historic, smaller town of which we have learned ALL of the history!

... the day progressed the sun burned through the cloud at was a glorious 23 degrees. We cycled off the island and towards our planned first stop of Bregenz, around 9km from Lindau and just inside the border of Austria. There was a small zoo at the top ...

I guess it relates to the culture of everybody following a strict code of rules. So when someone is doing something against the rules (like a pedestrian walking in a place that's meant for cars) people get really ...

1725. Hike to the Waterfall

... on up the trail, zigzagging back and forth, back and forth, until I finally reach a rocky area of semi-waterfalls, with the beautiful waterfall not too far above.

Close enough. Time for a videoclip. I pause to soak in the view, then head on back down the moutain. By the time I reach the town of Auberbraz again, I've lost several hours and climbed nearly a thousand meters just to see a waterfall close up.

Worth it, I'd say... but I won't be doing this too often, I don't ...
