The following day we were preparing to leave and our train took us back to Brussels and we changed to the Eurostar back to St Pancras in London. We then said goodbye to Mike and Jen and changed to the tube to return to Heathrow. Our BA flight took us to Hong Kong for 2 nights before returning home.
What a wonderful experience and fabulous trip !!

... It was the nicest and most well-organized AirBnB experience we had yet witnessed.

We headed out on foot from our place to Bruges Centrum. After a few blocks, we were at one of the gates of Bruges. After you walk through the gate, you find yourself in one of the most well-preserved medieval cities in Europe, full of old houses and churches, cobblestone streets and sidewalks, and canals and bridges. At first, it is quiet and peaceful, and you ...

... br> Across the street was the Brussels central park so I wandered around there for awhile and they had these huge pieces of art work, like in St. Paul when artists painted snoopy characters or in Chicago the cows? They had the same idea but they painted either large piece of chocolate, a large beer or a Mussel shell! Kinda funny.

Well that's all not now! Miss you all! Tomorrow Germany!!! No rain please!
