... colour. Silver, grey, black, white. Very few reds and no yellow blue or green. Odd really. We stopped about 3 hours down the road at a tourist stop, maccas was there of course but Emile suggested we go to La Place next door, glad we took his advice. The pastries were fabulous. So big that mum and I shared. The coffee was great as well something I am beginning to despair about as much of the coffee is undrinkable in many cases, particularly at breakfast time. ...

... in the Great Fjord is a cruise ship, something I certainly did not expect to see. Then at Kristiansand its harbour open day and I managed a flight in a helicopter and then today on the way to Amsterdam something else happened. I was simply just heading along the boring m/way when all the traffic was stopped by a swing bridge and here come a number of tall sailing ships through the gate. With the bike tied down I had to find out what car deck I was on before making my way to deck 9 for my large 1st class cabin.

One thing I always forget to do when going on these large ferry's is check what car deck my bike is on and at the end of the crossing I’m like Mr Bean running around the ship looking for my bike.
