Vendredi;go en ville pour visiter Avignon. evidament on va au pont, le classique. lol visite de la vieille ville, promenqde devant le palais des papes, le rocher des doms, rue des teinturiers . on retourne chercher nos packsacs au pont (merci au gens pour les avoir garder!) go au train, direction Montpellier!

Pont du Gard
On our way to Avignon we stopped to see the famous Pont du Gard. This bridge was part of the aquaduct built in the 1st century AD by the romans to bring water from Uzes to Nimes, about 30 kilometres. The bridge is all that remains of the aquaduct. It was an awesome sight stretching 275 metres and 48 metres high comprising of 3 levels of arches. One of the most stunning places I have ever been. Met a bloke called max from melbourne who was riding his bike around europe which was amazing. also met a couple decent peeople but cant remember their names, but i think a cool whoofing dutch dude and some french and poles
