A day of Leisure at Lake Maggiore
My last full day of the trip :-(
Such a beautiful part of the world - shame I'm not doing the holiday extension at Lake Como, but it will be nice to see my family when I get back home.
Today we have an island tour of 3 of the islands on Lake Maggiore - Isola Madre, Isola Bella & Isola dei Pescatori.

I had a look round the little park - there was a small art display so we had a look round. Lots of dog walkers and there was even a book swap location, so you could exchanga a book of your own for one off the stall. On the waterfront, they had swans and ducks like ours :-) I encountered & got a photo of the infamous posing duck!
