... after warming up before mass it was over an hour before we sang again which hurt my throat even more. I had to take the 12:30 bus home and I went to sleep hoping to feel better in the morning.

EASTER: So I woke up and was sick, coughing and exhausted so I didn’t make it to the Easter Mass :( but in the afternoon Nicole and I made potatoes, veggies, and ham (precooked) for an Easter lunch and I ate some of my chocolate bunny before going to bed.

Taking a train is so easy and so civilized. Show up a few minutes before the train is scheduled to leave and simply validate your ticket. Easy peasy. People getting on at later stops had some issues with seats but generally everyone packed in well. We are only a few minute walk to the train station and with a small back pack and a small roller bag we easily travelled there for our three day excursion to Lyon. They only discovered these ruins in the last century, apparently this history had all been forgotten until they started doing excavations for building sites. The church itself only built in the 1800s as an offering to Mary, to thank her for removing the Black Plague that was devastating the town. ... tram a lot, I can walk mostly everywhere. It's great!!!! My walk to school is 5 minutes, since my house is right by the bridge and part of the campus is right at the end of the bridge. I'm also a less than 5 minute walk from the Place Bellecour, which is an open public area complete with crucial old french king statue smack in the center.
