A travel blog entry by daniel.swiss on Jun 10, 2015

Today I had lunch with an old friend of mine, one of the last people I still know at my first employer. We remembered the "good old days", and we caught up with the kid's stories. I realized that his youngest is now 15; the last time I saw him, he was ...

It was also great to meet Catherine and Thierry's daughter Marion, and her boyfriend Julian. We will see them in oz in August / ...

Hopefully you will be pleased to know I survived the long flight surprisingly a lot better than I thought I would. After the Russian Visa saga which cost me $543 I think the travel agent felt guilty & got his mate at Emirates to get me the best seat in economy. I could stretch my legs right out. The visa took me right to the wire & I was getting really nervous that I would not get my passport back in time. The day before I was to leave I was told ...
