After this my friend went off to see a Moulin Rouge show. She said it was fantastic! Unfortunately for me it was much too expensive so I went home and had an early night. The next morning I was up early again to see as much as I could for the day. Sharna, who I had spent the previous day with flew home to ...

... to Levens. We thought to ourselves, why do this, when the road will keep going all the way to Nice. With 40km to go, it was too hard to resist and so we stayed on the main road. A few km down the road we came to the junction we had foreseen on google maps. A left road taking us to short tunnels and a right road that took us to a long one (about 800m). We tried the left road first and that quickly turned into a one way ...
