    Paul's training has kicked in. The Ironman in Copenhagen is on 23rd August. Paul went up the valley this morning (on another beautiful day). We zipped to the weekend market and then headed off to Geneva to get a new rental car. We haven't found a car to buy yet, so need to take back our rental and exchange for a smaller version.     ... in Stresa, Lake Maggiore at about 5pm after a pleasant enough ride through the Alps from Cordon.
    Several witty moments along the way which will be shared later on the Blog.
    For now, we are all just chilling for an hour, before we go and sample some Italian hospitality.

    ... him. the same work is done in trot, then shoulder-in on the circle and figure 8 is used to collect the walk, the trot. then she is doing canter half pass, into counter canter, and a change on the next long side. Then it's laps and circles of long, loose rein canter, no contact. And Bocardo still holds the position throughout. bea loves this activity, and how it relaxes them both.
