Lucky again, 1 ticket was enough to do the 2 days because they didn't have dates on it and they forgot to take it when I passed the gates the first night. Cheers! ... This effectively stranded us on the island with not much to do except walk through the quite coastal town and walk up to the botanical gardens to peer through the fence as they were greedy with their pricing. Time on the boat, easy with no sailing and a perfect nights sleep.
We did make it to the rain forest in the middle of the island in the end and getting there was half the adventure. Waiting at the bus ...
... wasn't a bad omen. They did a double take when we arrived to see several policeman standing in the foyer. Unfortunately, there were no cameras rolling... Our first 24 hours were spent lazing at the beach. I had only been swimming a short time when the first French boy asked if he could have his photo taken with me. (The first of many I hope!)

Anyway Some great duty free bargains were to be had before a long stroll on foot and then back to the Spirit for lunch and yep, more of the same.
As we prepare to head out for dinner under the stars at the Skygrill, we are looking forward to the view of the harbour now that the three other ships have sailed.
