    ... car park up the side of one of the mountains outside Saviese. We follow a sign towards Torrent Neuf and this leads us along a track beside the man made waterway.     ... of beers and wines and take in the magnificent views. Dinner is at 7.30 so back to the room to get ready. Dinner is served outside on the verandah overlooking the Swiss Alps. It is a set 3 course menu which costs 56 franks each. We start with a salad with ricotta cheese.
