    ... built in the mid-19th century and has a Marine and Economy Museum. We’ve been to more interesting museums but it was worth the visit just to see the building! Afterwards, we went to the nearby Marseille History Museum which was excellent. It covered the period 600BC to today and everything was very well-presented, with lots of information, videos etc.

    The city is charming and is the home of Cezanne's art studio. If we lean out of the window
    we can see Mount Victoire which plays a big part in many of Cezanne's paintings.
