... to be found. We still don't know what the Acropolis is, but we found the museum and got free admission! The art was beautiful and if you go to the terrace, you can get a panoramic view of the city! Of course we had to take pictures here too.
After taking the tram back to Old Nice, we found a cute little park and decided to buy a sandwich and drinks so we could have a picnic in the sun! We ended up getting stuffed tomatoes, zucchini and onions and a pizza. ...
... expensive for what we had ever. Had toasted club sandwich, coffee and orange juice each which worked out to be about $50.00. Felt a bit better though and wound our way around to Monaco harbour. Wow yachts ...no they were mansions on water everywhere..... Few more than the Viaduct!! Wondered around no shops open.....sorry girls. Even came across a Guess shop but it was closed... Wondered our way slowly, as was ...

It would be good if I could say at least a bit about Nice. In short, I was very taken with it and thought it was beautiful. Over the past couple of weeks France has really convinced me. It's convinced me that to overlook it as both a holiday destination and a possible country of residence would be foolish. It's also convinced me that they do have a good way of life ...
Sorry for the huge delay in the uploads guys. We have had a few busy days and on the bus rides I usually type them up but I was far too hungover to type! Anyway after Lyon we had our next big driving day. As Spain is one of the most isolated places from our other destinations getting there and back are our longest drives. We had our usual hotel breakfast of croissants, cheese, meats, fruit etc at about 7 so that we could be on the road early. It was to be about an 8 ...
