closed, so the large shopping centre across the road beckoned. We just managed
to find some pasta before last orders at 8pm (on a Saturday night!) at a cafe.

We saw the local water fountain in one corner that each of the old towns and villages have, which was being used by a man filling a bucket to clean his footpath; an old hand water pump as well as a large communal wash trough, under a tiled shelter, with washing hanging around it! Very quaint. They also had an extensive under-cover market area of all kind of foods.
