When in doubt, do it anyway!
... myself in the sea in a long time. Also to our surprise, the sun played with and kept hanging above the horizon for us to swim for an hour or so. Bliss!! The water really grounded me here in France, washed away any signs of South Africa and allowed me to be very present in the moment.
For dinner we enjoyed French cuisine at its best after the chef personally came to meet us and made a recommendation! I still wanted to leave a little bit ...

Breakfast with our new coffee machine - ah so nice to be able to enjoy on our own terms and have two cups! Park relais. Hop on tram to city cadex. Morning walk just to experience the city. Afternoon wine tour, led by Julie. Us, a gentleman from China, three people from Korea, and a French Canadian couple. First visit to Chateau Carbonnieux, first grapes around Bordeaux planted in this area ...

Narly surfing time dude!
... till 5.30 ish and headed back for showers. There was a bit of a mix up as to wether we were going out tonight or not.. By the time we got sorted it was near 8 so we thought we would save a night out for our last night... Tomorrow. So for tonight we got sausage pasta salad a few beers and properly another game or two of worms! We have a 4 mile run tomoz, once that is done with we'll enjoy another good day on the beach. Night night ...
