Today was our last day in Paris, and we spent the majority of it gawking at the grandiose Palace of Versailles. Opulence is an understatement for the palace and it's hard to keep your jaw from dropping open at every turn. Outside of the palace there's even more to see; the gardens, fountains, sculptures, Marie Antoinette's hamlet, just to name a few. Traveling into Paris from the hotel: Hotel shuttle bus to Aeroport Charles de Gaulle to pick up the train, then connect with the metro which puts you right at the museum. I took over 400 pictures at the museum. My iPad and my phone both died around 15:30 today. In Europe, they use "military" time, so I'm trying to get used to it.
