... is beautiful - I could see the mountains surrounding on all sides, with low clouds covering part of them. The city was very clean, and the grocery stores had lots of good organic food, and I have to say I just liked existing there.
We went to the lake every day, toured the beautiful Olympic Park and gardens, saw the Olympic Museum, ate some very delicious pizza named after Brad Pitt, and ...

We ordered their specialty fondue - gruyere and vacherin cheeses with white wine, dipping ...

Part of the hike involved walking through fields where there were herds of Swiss cattle. Kelly warned us not to approach them...especially the ones with calves because they could become very "unmellow" and come after you. At one point ...

... arrived in Nice at about 6.15pm.... Stephan had said "easy parking, close to the apartment" so we drove around & around & around for ages... no parking! Tiny spaces between every car & no spare spaces anywhere! We gave up & parked across the street at the Interpark near the Port. At what we thought was 20 Euro per 2 hours we were worried!

We picked up the keys & checked out ...
