To be honest my first goal was to make it past my sisters birthday on the 4th and despite one or two temptations along the way I have achieved this. I am now 6 days in and the night tremors and the sensation of constantly wanting to scratch imaginary sores on ...

This was followed by profiteroles to share, my favourite. Oh yes and for good measure, a bottle!!! of very nice white wine. ... strong. We leave over it tomorrow morning and climb an enormous cliff before we have our 32 km longest day on the itinerary! At least we are warned, and will slowly plod up it, and another clear and sunny day is predicted. This town is fun to walk round as you just keep following the river round. The old town in full of narrow streets and old buildings, and the not so old is fairly small and quiet too. We visited the enormous cathedral of Saint ...
