So we arrived in Pipa very wet and were glad it didn't take long to find our lodgings for next three nights.Pipa is basically one street of shops and restaurants and 3 or 4 beaches but has a very chilled and laid back atmosphere. Most of the poussadas (guest houses) are in little streets off the main strip.

Arrived in Pipa, a small coastal town, to be greeted by yet more beautiful beaches, espetos (amazing bbq meat on a stick) and street cocktails. Some of our friends from Jericoacoara were already in Pipa so we had a nice little crew to hang out with. Pipa is renouned for its Surf and Dolphins so we went out in search for both. I had an OK hotel a couple blocks up the hill from the beach but with a great view overlooking the coast. I spent a little while on the city beach below the hotel which was pretty trashy. I know there are really fine beaches just outside of town.
