... beach is more for surfers as he waves are big but it is a beautiful beach and we sat and chilled and chatted. Here in Brazil the sun goes down sooooo early. At about 4.30 the beach tends to loose the sun and by 6pm it's pitch black. So at 4.30 ish it started to rain so we left the beach and walked back through town to our hostels passing by for an ice cream on the way. one family of pirates, complete with cardboard barque, were entertaining too.

One lad got well egged by a bog group of his mates but
happily foam was more popular, especially with the kids. Had enough of the
crowds of carnival by now so was happy to view it from above with a cold one in

Had not been overly impressed with Natal and was even less
so after the excruciating 45 min bus ride by the most circuitous route possible
